You can use a Upnp app such as Bubble UPnP(android) My Audio stream(iOS). On Android, the only option I'm aware of are apps like Bubble UnPnP (Qobuz, Tidal), Spotify Connect and some 3rd party apps bundled with streamers (also tending to support only Qobuz and Tidal).
